Websites, marketing, technology and the practical things businesses need to show up online.
Ellvix is a business growth systems company helping founders build businesses that can grow without everything depending on them.
We work at the intersection of strategy, marketing, technology, sales and operations — because growth rarely breaks in just one place.
We kept seeing the same thing.
A business could have a good product, loyal customers and a founder who knew exactly what they wanted — yet growth still felt harder than it should.
Marketing was happening, but sales weren’t predictable. Leads were coming in, but follow-up depended on someone’s memory. The website existed, but it wasn’t doing much beyond looking professional.
The more businesses we worked with, the clearer the pattern became: the problem wasn’t always the absence of effort. It was the absence of connection between the parts of the business.
Websites, marketing, technology and the practical things businesses need to show up online.
A beautiful website doesn’t fix a broken sales process. More leads don’t fix weak follow-up. Automation doesn’t fix a bad process.
Today, we diagnose the constraint first, then decide what needs to change and what should be built to make that change stick.
Ellvix was built by Motorera Adunni from a simple obsession: understanding why some businesses grow while others remain trapped in the same problems year after year.
With a background spanning technology, digital marketing, website development, CRM, automation and product management, she sits in an unusual space — close enough to technology to build the systems, but close enough to the business to question whether they should be built in the first place.
Her work is driven by one principle: don’t solve the visible problem until you’ve understood the real one.
That means looking beyond the website, the Instagram page or the CRM and examining how the business actually works — where customers come from, how they decide, where leads disappear, what happens after someone pays and what still depends entirely on the founder.
A business doesn’t need a website because someone said it needs a website. It needs one if the website solves a real business problem.
More posts, ads, leads and tools don’t matter if the underlying system can’t turn activity into business results.
We use technology when it makes something clearer, faster, more measurable or more repeatable. The tool is never the strategy.
If every important decision, customer interaction and process requires the founder, the business hasn’t gained capacity. It has gained workload.
A system that only the person who built it understands isn’t a system. It’s dependency.
If revenue increases while complexity, errors and founder workload increase at the same rate, something needs to change.
HOW WE THINK
We look at the real customer journey, processes, bottlenecks and dependencies — not just the version that exists on paper.
We identify the bottlenecks and leaks preventing the business from moving forward.
Not every problem deserves attention immediately. We determine where intervention can create the most leverage.
We map the system, process or infrastructure required to solve the identified problem.
We build the relevant pieces across marketing, sales, technology, operations and customer experience.
We measure the outcome, identify what is still weak and improve what isn’t working.
A typical agency relationship looks like: “Tell us what you want and we’ll build it.”
That’s not how we want Ellvix to work.
We want to understand why you want it, what it needs to accomplish and what it connects to before we build it.
Ellvix is intentionally being built as a lean, multidisciplinary team. We don’t believe a large headcount automatically produces better work. We believe the right people, clear thinking and strong systems do.
Strategy, growth systems, digital marketing, CRM and automation.
Frontend development, web experiences and interface implementation.
For projects that require deeper specialist capability, we work with trusted collaborators around the core team.
Ellvix is still growing. We’re testing our ideas on our own business, documenting what works, fixing what doesn’t and continuously improving how we operate.
We don’t want to teach businesses about systems while running a business held together by improvisation.
We build. We test. We measure. We improve. Then we do it again.
The same standard we bring to client work has to exist inside Ellvix first.
Ellvix is a business growth systems company. We help businesses identify growth bottlenecks and build the systems across marketing, sales, technology, operations and customer experience needed to address them.
Not in the usual sense. We do not begin by selling a list of disconnected services. We begin with the business problem and prescribe the work required to solve it.
No. Digital marketing is one part of the system. Depending on the problem, our work can include websites, CRM, automation, content, email, sales processes and other digital infrastructure.
Ellvix is based in Lagos, Nigeria and works with businesses remotely across Nigeria and beyond.
We primarily work with founders, business owners, coaches, consultants, service businesses and growing SMEs that already have revenue and are ready to build more scalable systems.
Ellvix is based in Nigeria, but the systems we build can be delivered remotely to businesses beyond Nigeria.
No. Websites, CRM, automation, email marketing, social media, copywriting and digital marketing are capabilities within our wider Growth OS approach.
Yes, where the service makes sense as a standalone engagement. We will always look at the business problem behind the request before recommending the work.
That’s exactly what the Growth Audit is designed to solve. We can assess the business, identify the major constraints and recommend where to start.
Tell us what’s happening inside your business. We’ll look at the problem, identify what is getting in the way and determine whether Ellvix is the right partner to help you fix it.
